2010 Stanford Model UN Conference Awards
We have received the list of award winners from the Stanford Model UN Conference, held in Palo Alto last November. Five Albany Model UN Club members have won awards:
Outstanding Delegate, Chinese Politburo simulation -- Chongiin Kim
Outstanding Delegate, UN ECOSOC simulation -- Wendy Li
Honorable Mention, UNEP simulation -- Juneyoung Jeong
Honorable Mention, UN ECOSOC simulation -- Connie Ma
Honorable Mention, 1974 Cyprus Crisis simulation (Turkish cabinet) -- Nir Maoz
Congratulations to the award winners!
I'd like to thank all 43 Albany High School students who attended the Stanford Conference for their help in making the weekend such an enjoyable and productive one. I'd also like to thank Susan Bush and Tom Reilly for volunteering to help chaperon the Albany students at the Conference.
