Eight Cougars WIn Awards at Stanford

Congratulations to senior Evan Mallah for winning a Best Delegate gavel at last weekend's Stanford Model UN Conference! Evan is the first Albany High School student to win two Best Delegate awards -- and he did it at two consecutive model UN conferences. Congratulations are also in order for senior Dakota Bodell, who was named an Outstanding Delegate at the Conference, and to seniors Terra Baer, Venus Chau, Mathilde McKeever and Jared Williams for winning Honorable Mention. Shout outs also go to senior Liam Tegland and junior Daniel Liu for earning Research and Writing awards. Finally, the entire AHS Model UN Club would like to say "thank you" to Tracey Brown and Tom Reilly for helping to chaperone the Club's trip to Stanford!
