More than 3/4 of AHS Delegation Wins Awards at BMAL 2019!

Congratulations to the following members of the AHS Model UN Club for winning "Best Delegate" awards at last weekend's Berkeley Model Arab League: Sofia Del Priore, Priyanka Durai, Gabe Gaysinsky, Anish Shrestha, Kai Bernard-Pearl, Zach Lottmann, Josh Bernard-Pearl and Luca Menotti. Congratulations are also in order for Alex Jung, Isaiah Phillips, Dharvi Jindal and Sarah Ponicki for winning "Outstanding Delegate" awards, and for Kunsel Kalsang, Tsering Rabten and Josh Chang for being commended at the conference. More shout-outs go to Jessica He, Melanie Zhao, Magnus Tangherlini, Sarah Choi, Jennifer Shi, Luke Sheltraw and Josh Chang for winning research awards. Finally, the Club would like to thank AHS principal Alexia Ritchie, and parent volunteers Susie Barnes, Beth Thomas, Lisa Bernard-Pearl and Sara Marcellino for helping to chaperone the Club's participation in the Model Arab League, and in the previous weekend's Berkeley Model UN Delegate Workshop.
